It doesn’t matter how senior the leaders are that we coach, our experience is that there are key core issues that they are still challenged by. These lie at the foundation of personal and leadership success.

Our CORE Leadership Development programme (6th edition) is structured to walk a journey with you exploring those things that are at the centre of who you are, your happiness and your success.

This live, interactive online programme creates the opportunity for you to reflect deeply, challenge yourself courageously, build personal capacity, resilience, and self-awareness. An experience that could forever positively influence the trajectory of your leadership journey (others testify to this)!

At the centre of this programme are the questions:
“Who are you? Where are you going to, and why are you going there?”.

What will be covered?

Loosely based on a framework developed by Kevin Cashman, the programme is made up of 9 modules – that are covered in 6 sessions of 2.5 hours face-to-face time each in which we will cover mastering CORE topics and questions like:

- Who are you? Do you know your strengths, personality and values?
- What are your relationships like, and how could they be better?
- How can understanding neuroscience help you learn and lead better?
- What do you need in place to feel in balance?
- What does it take for you (and your team) to do your best thinking?
- Can you stop procrastinating and take action?
- Are you able to manage your own peace and happiness from moment to moment?
- Our world is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous; how are you dealing with it?
- Do you know what you are here for?

Cost

The discounted rate is R6,497 excl VAT; USD477; or EU395 depending on where you are economically active.

When

Two groups we will be running concurrently to accommodate different global time zones so irrespective of where on the globe you are, you can attend!
