Strategic Human Capital Consulting provides a range of leadership-development modules that can be customised to an organisation’s needs. The modules below cover the different elements and levels of organisational leadership.
We follow a building block approach to leadership development – empowering leaders with best practice principles and tools to deal with any situation they might be confronted with back at the workplace. 
Learning Leaders Level 1: Personal Leadership Development
All successful leading of Others starts with successfully leading Self. This module focuses on developing self leadership skills through a process of exploring authentic individual expression from the ‘inside out’. We explore who the individual is at heart and how to achieve congruency in seven critical areas of life.
Learning Leaders Level 2: The leader’s heart and tools for growing great employees
Many managers/leaders are promoted to the position rather than being trained for it. This module teaches a principled approach towards leading people and provides numerous tools that will guide the growing leader in managing and leading others.
Learning Leaders Level 3: Team Leadership – From ME to WE
Business success ultimately depends on a well-orchestrated performance by all members/units/groups of an organisation. This module builds on the principles established in the first two but turns the focus towards the specific values, abilities and skills needed to effectively lead teams or groups. It focuses on how to move people from ME to WE thinking.
Learning Leaders Level 4: Leadership effectiveness – an objective review
Naturally gifted senior or ‘Alpha’ Leaders can be both absolutely brilliant and terribly destructive, yet often oblivious to the damage they cause. This module is structured to facilitate comprehensive, objective feedback in order to increase personal awareness and ultimately improve leadership effectiveness. It is aimed at the senior leader or leadership team and includes a combination of psychometric testing, 360° reviews, coaching and workshop learning.
